Terms of Service

Effective November 7, 2026

If this English version and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using MealPair (the "Service") provided by Jongwoo Lee ("we"), and the rights and responsibilities of you and us.

2. Accounts

3. The Service

The Service is currently free. AI analysis has a daily limit for cost and reliability; when you reach it, you can still log and share meals. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them in advance and sell them only through the app store's payment system.

4. AI estimates and health information

Calories, nutrients, recommended intake and weight projections shown in the Service are estimates based on the information you provide. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions from a medical professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or need a restricted diet, consult a professional.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Reporting, blocking and restrictions

You can block or report your pair at any time. We review reports, remove objectionable content and may restrict users who violate these terms. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users.

7. Your content

You own the photos and text you post. We use them only as needed to provide the Service (storage, analysis and showing them to your pair).

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime in the app under My → Account → Delete account. See account deletion and the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the Service and will notify you in advance of changes that are unfavorable to you. If we shut down the Service, we will give 30 days' notice and a chance to export your records.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

11. Contact and disputes

Contact us at mealpair@axlaunch.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
