Delete your account and data
Delete in the app
- Open MealPair and go to the My tab at the bottom.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Access stops immediately and deletion begins.
If you can't use the app
Email mealpair@axlaunch.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity, delete your account within 7 days and reply. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include the email shown under My → Account in the app.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile, health and body information, weight history and goals
- Meal records and photos, AI analysis results, favorites and journal
- Meals shared with pairs, messages and reports you sent, notifications and push tokens
- Your account at our sign-in provider (Auth0). If you signed in with Apple, the Sign in with Apple connection is also revoked.
What is kept for a limited time
- A one-way hash of your sign-in identifier, used to finish deletion safely: deleted after 30 days
- System backup copies: deleted when the backup retention period ends
- Information the law requires us to keep: kept separately only for the required period
To delete records but keep your account, open each meal in the app and delete it.
